What makes your heart happy?

OK, so I guess this challenge is trickier than the last one as it could be many things to many people. I thought I would start with something fairly obvious and then hopefully come up with something a bit less obvious as the days roll on, I hope to anyway...

CAT NAP

This first image is of my cat Dante. He has been my furry baby for the past 8 years and he certainly makes my heart happy on a regular basis. As usual, hope you like it!

Not of this Season - Lizard Basking in the Sun

I guess this could be another contender for the Not of this Season Challenge. A follower of one of my other blogs who lives in Canada said that they don't get any lizards there. I guess that makes sense, lizards being cold blooded and all. So I am also guessing that in certain areas where winters are pretty harsh, unlike here in Sydney, there will not be too many lizards around at this time of year.

Not of this Season - Fun in the surf

This picture is from my archive and it will have to do unless I find sdomething that does summer in Australia better justice. These young surfers were enjoying themselves at the edge of this saltwater pool. The sea is always pretty rough in this spot but they were making the most of it.
